To be able to use Toolbox for Minecraft: PE, as you might expect, you have to have Minecraft Pocket Edition on your device already. Otherwise the app is of no use whatsoever. It's important to keep in mind, as well, that you need the full version of Minecraft, as it doesn't work with the demo.
